2. What you are buying
Our products are digital publications in PDF format. You are buying a personal license to use the publication, not ownership of its contents. Nothing is shipped. The page count, format and contents shown on each product page are what you receive.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you pay; there are no shipping charges or hidden fees. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fee if your card is in another currency. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
5. Your license
- You may use and adapt the prompts in an eBook in your own work, including with your students, clients or customers.
- You may print the eBook for your own use.
- Brief quotations in reviews are welcome.
6. What you may not do
The eBooks are protected by copyright (© Engr. Imran Umar Lodhi). You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the PDF or your download link, or reproduce substantial parts of it, without written permission. For team or school use, write to support@learnaismart.com and ask about a license.
7. AI output and responsibility
The eBooks explain how to work with AI assistants; they are not those assistants and do not control them. AI tools change often and can produce wrong or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you use it in your work. Nothing in the eBooks is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
