Delivery Policy

Learn AI Smart sells digital products only. Nothing is posted or couriered, so no shipping addresses, shipping charges or delivery times apply. This page explains how digital delivery works.

1. What is delivered

Every product is a downloadable PDF eBook. There is no physical product, no subscription and no recurring charge. The format, page count and contents are stated on each product page before you buy.

2. How and when you receive it

• Instantly on screen. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the order confirmation page shows a download button for your eBook.
• By email. An order confirmation with your download link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
• In your account. If you created an account at checkout, your eBooks stay available under My Account → Downloads.

Typical delivery time is a few seconds. If a bank delays confirmation, delivery may take longer. If you have not received your eBook within 24 hours of a completed payment, email support@learnaismart.com and we will send it to you directly, usually within one working day.

3. What you need

An internet connection and any PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. Save the file to your device as soon as you download it.

4. No shipping charges

No shipping or handling charges apply to any order, anywhere in the world.

5. Returns and refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally, there is nothing to return. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
