Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every guide you buy. Because our eBooks are digital files delivered instantly, this is how refunds work.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If an eBook is not useful to you, email support@learnaismart.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you paid with, and we will refund you in full. No long explanation needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Download problems

If a file will not download or open, contact us first. We will send you the PDF directly, usually within one working day. A failed download is never a lost purchase.

3. Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice, or charged and did not receive your eBook, write to us and we will correct it straight away. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank; it is almost always faster.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your download access for that order is removed and the license to use that eBook ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
