This policy explains what personal information Learn AI Smart collects when you visit the site or buy an eBook, and how it is used. Learn AI Smart is operated by Omesia LLC.

2. What we collect

When you browse. You can read every public page without giving us personal information. Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

When you buy. Checkout asks for your name, email address and country. We use them to process the order, deliver your download link and keep sales records. If you choose to create an account, we also store your login details and order history so you can re-download your eBooks.

Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe shares with us only what is needed to confirm the payment (for example, the last four digits of the card and whether the payment succeeded).

When you contact us. If you email or message us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and resolve your request.

3. Cookies

The store uses essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and, if you log in, to keep you signed in. We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure which ads and pages lead to purchases and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. It sets cookies and sends Meta information such as pages viewed and purchases made. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and block these cookies in your browser settings. If you arrive through an affiliate link, our affiliate program sets a cookie for 30 days so that the affiliate can be credited for the sale. That cookie does not identify you personally.

4. How we use your information

• To deliver the eBook you bought and send your receipt and download link.
• To answer your messages and fix download problems.
• To keep financial records required for accounting and tax.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our web host (the servers the site runs on), our email provider (order emails) and Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Emails are kept as long as needed to support you.

7. Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to support@learnaismart.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
