Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to everyone who joins the Learn AI Smart affiliate program, run by Omesia LLC (the “Company”). By applying, you agree to them.
1. Joining
The program is free. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old. Your application must be accurate and use a real website or social profile that you own or manage.
2. Commission
- You earn 30% of the amount a customer pays for a product bought through your referral link within 30 days of clicking it.
- The commission is calculated on the price paid after discounts and coupons, and before sales tax. Payment processing fees are not deducted.
- If more than one affiliate link is clicked, the most recent click before the purchase is credited.
3. Approval and payment
- Each commission is approved 14 days after the order, once the refund window has passed.
- Approved commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month, once your approved balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
- Payments are made in U.S. dollars by PayPal, to the payment email you gave when you applied. Make sure it is correct and can receive payments.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for any fees charged by your own payout account.
4. Refunds and cancelled orders
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the commission on it is cancelled. If we have already paid it, we may deduct the amount from your next payout.
5. Advertising rules
- Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you share your link, as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires. Place the disclosure where people will see it, before or next to the link.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about the products, including income, health or guaranteed-result claims. Describe the products as they are described on this site.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and do not write fake reviews or pose as a customer.
- Do not bid on “Learn AI Smart” or our product names in paid search ads, or use our trademarks in a domain name or ad text.
- Coupon and deal sites need our written approval before promoting the program.
- Do not use your own link for your own purchases, and do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any method that credits you for a sale you did not refer.
6. What you may use
You may use product names, cover images and short descriptions from this site to promote the products. You may not copy, share, resell or give away the eBooks themselves.
7. Ending the relationship
You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or close an account, and cancel unpaid commissions, if these terms are broken or if we find fraud or abuse. We may change these terms or the commission rate for future sales by posting the update on this page.
