Service Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

Every product on this site is a downloadable file — currently PDF eBooks. There is no physical product, no subscription and no recurring charge. The format, page count and contents are stated on each product page before you buy.

2. How and when delivery happens

Immediately, online. As soon as the payment provider confirms a successful payment, it redirects you to a private download page on this website where the file is available.
Typical delivery time: instant — normally within a few seconds of payment confirmation.
If a bank or gateway delays the confirmation, delivery may take longer. If you have not been able to download within 24 hours of a completed payment, email us and the file will be sent to you directly, usually within one working day.
No shipping charges apply to any order, anywhere in the world.

3. What you need

An internet connection and any standard PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. No account, app or special software is required. We recommend saving the file to your own device as soon as you download it — the download page is not a permanent library.

4. If the download does not work

This is the most common issue and the easiest to resolve. Email writetolodhi@gmail.com or call +92 334 604 7727 with the name or email address you paid under. The file will be sent to you directly. A failed download is never a lost purchase.

5. Returns and refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally and in full at the moment of purchase, returns in the physical sense do not apply. Refund arrangements are set out separately in the Return & Refund Policy.
