1. About these terms

These terms apply to LearnAISmart.com and to anything you buy from it. By using the site or buying a product you accept them. The site is operated by:

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital publications — currently PDF eBooks. You are buying a personal licence to use the publication, not ownership of its contents. No physical item is shipped. The product description, page count and format shown on the product page are what you receive.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: after a successful payment the payment provider redirects you to a private download page on this site where you can download the file. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping charge applies. Download the file and save it to your own device. If the redirect fails or the download does not work, email writetolodhi@gmail.com and the file will be sent to you. Full detail is in the Service Delivery Policy.

4. What you may do with an eBook

For AI for Teachers, the licence granted in the book itself applies:

You may freely use and adapt the prompts it contains in your own teaching practice.
You may reproduce the book’s one-page cheat sheet for your own classroom use.
Brief quotations are permitted in reviews, and other non-commercial uses permitted by copyright law remain unaffected.

5. What you may not do

The publication is protected by copyright (© 2026 Engr. Imran Umar Lodhi). It may not be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means — including photocopying, uploading, file sharing or resale — without prior written permission, except as set out in section 4. Please do not share the file or your download link. If a colleague wants a copy, send them to the product page; if a school wants a departmental licence, write and ask.

6. Accuracy and AI output

The books explain how to work with AI assistants; they are not those assistants and do not control them. AI tools change frequently, and output generated by any such tool must be reviewed by a qualified educator or professional before it is used with students or in your work. Neither the author nor Learn AI Smart accepts liability for any consequence arising from the use of unverified AI-generated material.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on this site or in our books is legal, data-protection or employment advice. You remain responsible for complying with the law of your jurisdiction and the policies of your institution.

8. Third-party names and links

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named for identification only; Learn AI Smart is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. External links, including the payment provider’s pages, are governed by those parties’ own terms.

9. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown on the product page and are charged by the external payment provider. Taxes, currency conversion and card fees are handled by that provider and your bank [REVIEW: state your currency, whether tax is included, and name the provider]. Purchase and refund arrangements are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a download is unavailable when you need it, email us and we will supply the file another way.
