Return & Refund Policy

1. What you receive

A digital publication in PDF format, downloaded to your own device. For AI for Teachers: one PDF of approximately 130 pages containing 150 prompts across eight sections, plus the reference material described on the product page. There is no physical item, no subscription, and no recurring charge.

2. How delivery works

Payment is taken by an external payment provider. On success, the provider redirects you to a private download page on this site where you download the file immediately. Save it to your device; the download page is not a permanent library. Keeping your own copy is the simplest way to make sure you always have it.

3. If something goes wrong with the download

This is the most common problem and the easiest to fix. Email writetolodhi@gmail.com with the name or email address you paid under, and the file will be sent to you directly. A failed download is never a lost purchase.

4. Refunds

No refunds once the file has been downloaded, because the product is delivered instantly and in full — with the exception of a duplicate charge or a file that cannot be delivered at all; or
A stated goodwill window (for example, a refund on request within N days of purchase), which is simpler to administer than arguing about whether a file was read.

Note that consumer law in some countries — the EU and UK in particular — gives buyers of digital content specific rights, and some payment providers apply their own refund rules regardless of what a seller writes. 5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice, or charged and received nothing, write to us with the payment details and it will be corrected. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster.

6. Licence reminder

The eBook is licensed for your own use. You may use and adapt its prompts freely in your own teaching practice, but the file itself may not be shared, uploaded or resold. Full detail is in the Terms & Conditions.

7. Returns of physical goods

Not applicable. Learn AI Smart ships nothing: every product is delivered as a download, with no shipping charge and no postal address required. How and when delivery happens is set out in the Service Delivery Policy.

8. Contact
